30-day returns
You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
How to start a return
Email jandwenterprises8211@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We'll reply with return instructions.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong item — in those cases we cover the return shipping and will make it right with a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
